Dual mining bumps up the wattage the cards uses quite a bit. Try running GPUz and just mine Eth for a few minute and note the wattage, switch over to say dual mine Eth/Decred, the wattage will increase a good amount. PhoenixMiner also supports ETCHash for mining ETC, Ubqhash for mining UBQ, ProgPOW for mining BCI, and dual mining Ethash/Ubqhash with Blake2s. My experience with pools so far have been hit and miss. Tried a few so far. I've done some dual mining on my 1070 using claymore but payout seems very hit and miss.
